Physical abuse to the cover from improper handling , guard equipment, misapplication, or any other equipment are not the responsibility of DRILLCOMP, INC.. Acts of God or nature are also outside our control and are therefore also not covered. Care should be taken in the installation process to make sure the floor is cleaned properly of dirt and dust and the cover is properly installed with a minimum overlap of 6 inches to avoid areas of exposed floor. The floor cover panels should be inspected immediately upon their delivery for any defects. It is DRILLCOMP, INC.’S sole discretion as to whether the original product will be repaired or replaced upon its authorized return to our designated production facility.
