Q: How can I tell what the shipping charges are?
A: When you are going through the checkout, it will give you your shipping charges. If you are ordering a bulk order (large items or large number of items) we will contact you if the shipping charges require a custom shipping price. This is due to the wide range of products we carry and the dimensional weight of each one. You can also complete a ticket (Ship Quotes link at top of the website) before your purchase to verify what the bulk shipping price is before you purchase.

If a product indicates that you need a ship quote, please complete the Ship Quotes link above. This is usually for freight orders or large volume orders. You can still place your order online. Any additional shipping will be quoted and then added to your order after your approval.

Q: How soon will my order ship? What are the shipping options for my order?
A: We offer Economy Shipping that generally arrive in a minimum 3-4 business days up to a maximum of 7-10 business days (Available on select items and quantities. Additional delays may occur due to, but not limited to: holidays, weather, pandemic delays, incorrect or incomplete customer shipping information, or out-of-stock merchandise, etc).

Standard Shipping generally arrives in a minimum of 1-3 business days and up to a maximum of 7-10 business days but usually sooner. Additional delays may occur due to, but not limited to: holidays, weather, pandemic delays, incorrect or incomplete customer shipping information, or out-of-stock merchandise, etc).

Express Shipping Options (express not always available due to Covid-19, factory holidays, shipping carrier holidays/rules/restrictions). We will offer Express Shipping when the pandemic resolves in the future.

A: ***No returns will be accepted unless a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER has been issued from Drillcomp. You can complete the Contact link at the top of our website to start your refund process.

All packages without an R.A. number will be refused.
No returns of any merchandise are permitted after 15 days.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS (alterations, logos, etc.) MUSIC AND ITEMS THAT ARE MARKED NON-RETURNABLE IN OUR CATALOGUES AND/OR OUR WEBSITE.  CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NON-RETURNABLE. Custom items and items past our 15 days return policy are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Attention Podium, Equipment, Vinyl Guard and Percussion Floors and All Orders Requiring Truck Freight Shipping:

Please have someone from your school /place of business/organization follow the Attached Inspection Procedure at the time of delivery prior to the truck driver departing from your shipping address. We suggest you make copies of the Inspection Procedure to give to the person(s) you trust at your school/place of business to follow the Inspection Procedure.
The Podium and/or Item has to be taken out of the box(s) to inspect even if there is no visible damage to the outside of the box(s).


If the podium and/or Item is not taken out of the box(s) to inspect at the time of delivery before the truck driver leaves your school/place of business and there is damage to the podium and/or item, the trucking company is not responsible for replacing, fixing, or exchanging the podium and/or item. As a result, the manufacturers and/or Drillcomp cannot refund you any monies. We have the Inspection Procedure to ensure that your Podium and/or Item does not become damaged in transit on the freight truck.


Drillcomp reserves the right to correct typographical errors that may appear in our website due to changes in manufacturers pricing, terms and descriptions beyond our control.
