SHIPPING, MERCHANDISE & RETURN POLICIES Please refer to the following policies: NOTE: MANUFACTURER POLICIES ARE ALSO APPLIED IN CONJUNCTION WITH DRILLCOMP POLICIES. PLEASE REVIEW THIS ENTIRE PAGE WHEN REVIEWING TERMS AND PROCEDURES. MERCHANDISE ORDERING INFORMATION AND POLICIES: Most of our products are In Stock. If the item(s) you are ordering is not in stock, you will be contacted either by e-mail or by phone from one of our sales representatives. You will be given information at that time regarding your order. Some of our products will always have a delayed ship date (certain custom items, made to order items, etc.). The delayed ship item message will be written in the description area of the item when you are placing your order. Please be sure to read all details about the particular item(s) you wish to order. If a delayed ship item message is written for the item(s) to inform you, then you will not be contacted by one of our representatives. If you choose the 2-Day or Overnight Ship methods for a item(s) with a delayed ship date, you will not be refunded for shipping cost. SHIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICIES: GROUND SHIPPING METHOD means that your order should arrive to you in approx. 7-10 business days (not including weekends and holidays) OR sooner via UPS. 2-DAY SHIPPING METHOD means that your order should arrive to you in 2 business days (not including the day you place your order, weekends and holidays) via UPS. Remember, your order must be placed by 9 A.M. Eastern Standard Time in order for your order to be shipped that same day. If you place your order after 9 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, you will not be refunded for 2-Day Ship cost if your order is shipped the next business day. Note: This rarely happens, but Drillcomp has to make you aware for extreme circumstances: In rare circumstances due to emergencies beyond UPS's control (this would be for an emergency such as treacherous weather conditions, etc.), should make it physically impossible for UPS to be able to deliver your order. If a rare instance of this nature should occur, Drillcomp cannot refund you for shipping charges since UPS will not refund Drillcomp. Drillcomp has no control over UPS's terms. OVERNIGHT (ONE DAY) SHIPPING METHOD means that your order should arrive to you in 1 business day (not including the day you place your order, weekends and holidays) via UPS. Remember, your order must be placed by 9 A.M. Eastern Standard Time in order for your order to be shipped that same day. If you place your order after 9 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, you will not be refunded for Overnight (one day) Ship cost if your order is shipped the next business day. RETURN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES: If you need to return your order, please contact Drillcomp at returns@drillcomp.com. One of our sales representatives will give you an RA# along with a return address for you to send your return back to. The item(s) you are returning must be in perfect condition or your return will not be accepted. If you are returning shoes, the shoes cannot be worn, scuffed or dirty. Shoe boxes must not be written on or marked in any way. For all returned items, please include all original packaging with your return. You will have FIFTEEN days from the day you receive your order to return it. After Drillcomp gives you the RA#, please write your RA# on a piece of paper and include it in with your return. Also, please write the RA# with a dark permanent magic marker on the outside of the package so it is visible and legible. Manufacturer will not accept your return if these procedures are not followed. You will not be entitles to your refund if these procedures are not followed. Please ship your return via UPS or Fed Ex. Please do not ship via U.S. Postal System since there is no way of tracking your return. We cannot refund you for lost orders shipped by postal carriers other than UPS or Fed Ex. As long as you follow the return procedures correctly, you will be refunded in the form of a refund check which will be mailed to you several weeks after we receive your return. The return will be for the amount of the returned item(s), not for shipping charges. Custom and non-stock items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. You will be notified if your return is a custom or non-stock item. Note: Manufacturer reserves the right to charge a re stocking fee for returns. There is a re stocking fee for returned podiums. For all other items, IF there is a re stocking fee, Drillcomp will let you know before you ship your return. One of our customer representatives will give you information only if this applies to your return. DINKLES MANUFACTURER RETURN POLICIES All returned merchandise must be authorized in writing. Merchandise must be returned in a resale condition with cartons free from marks. A restocking charge of 20% will be placed on merchandise returned for reasons other than shipping error or defect (these will be subject to inspection by DINKLES).If you need to return your order, please contact DRILLCOMP at returns@drillcomp.com. SOFTWARE SALES: All software sales are final. Unopened software titles are only returnable and refundable as per the manufacturers guidelines. Please buy software when you are completely sure that you are purchasing exactly what you need. Customer assumes all responsibility if software meets (and not limited to) minimum system and platform requirements, etc., and if the software will work as required by the manufacturer. Manufacturer must be contacted directly for technical support issues. SOUND PROJECTIONS MANUFACTURING POLICIES Sound Projections Six Year Limited Warranty. Sound Projections brand products purchased after July 1, 2006 are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 years from the date of original purchase, subject to the following conditions: * This warranty excludes defects caused by normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use product in accordance with instructions. All warranty service must be performed or authorized by Sound Projections. Any service or modifications performed without authorization from Sound Projections may void this warranty. * The NI-Mh rechargeable battery in SM-3neo models is warranted for a period of 3 years. * The sealed lead acid battery in FR-2+ models is warranted for a period of 2 years. * Wireless microphone and CD/MP3 player options are warranted for a period of two years. * Prior to returning your unit for repair and / or warranty service, please contact Drillcomp at returns@drillcomp.com for a return authorization (RA) number.
