The DSI In-Stock Victoria Concert Dress is made for style and comfort. The Victoria dress is a pull over, zipper-less, flowing polyester knit dress and ties loosely in the back.
The scoop neck bodice includes gorgeous flutter sleeves, and tie ribbons which allow you to adjust the silhouette as needed. The skirt is floor length and full in style.
